What is E-Power, and What the E-Power Can Do

How Do I Use the E-Power
One or two 30–60-minute sessions daily:
- You must remove all electronic devices such as mobile or smart phones from your pockets before use.
- You must remove all metallic items such as jewellery or watches from your body or clothing before use, and drink a glass of water before and after (preferably warm water)
