WHO IS DR SHIZUO INOUE?
Dr. Shizuo Inoue is a professor who invented the goldfish swimming aerobic exercise method. Keiichi Ohashi is the patent owner (belonging to Skylite Company) who used Dr. Shizuo Inoue’s swing method to make the machine and licensed it to HTE for manufacturing.
